As COO of CIDEP, Ludovic is in charge of the delivery of CIDEP’s FDI and Trade services. Ludovic has a strong background in Foreign Direct Investment and International Trade. Over the past 17 years, Ludovic has managed and supervised over 100 Lead Generation and in-market representation contracts. He was also able to work with hundreds of SMEs to assist them in their export development in Canada. Ludovic is also part of SIDO (State International Development Organizations), an association bringing together the economic development departments of all American states. Since 2015, he has personally supported this organization and regularly participates in their panels and internal training.

As a Canadian and French national with Spanish origins, Ludovic is fluent in French, English, and Spanish. In his spare time, Ludovic can be found training for triathlons, skiing steep slopes, or hunting in Québec’s wilderness.
